Key Responsibilities for the Maintenance Assistant:
- Maintain and repair welfare accommodation units to a high standard for client hire, including tasks such as plumbing, replacing heaters, and DIY.
- Prepare units for hire by ensuring they meet safety and quality standards.
- Work closely with an experienced supervisor and team, handling occasional site-based tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and standards for quality and safety.
