As an Aftersales Manager, you will take full ownership of aftermarket operations at a plant hire business based in Corby. This pivotal role covers both the plant machinery parts and service departments, with full P&L accountability and a clear mandate to grow the aftermarket division. Working closely with the Directors, you will implement and drive initiatives to increase service delivery, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
