About the Role
As a Plant Engineer, you will carry out planned servicing, inspections, fault finding and repairs on a wide range of specialist plant equipment used on major infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults
- Completing preventative maintenance schedules
- Carrying out breakdown repairs both in the workshop and on customer sites
- Ensuring equipment meets LOLER and PUWER requirements
- Recording completed work accurately
- Maintaining excellent health and safety standards
- Travelling nationwide when required to support customer operations
