  • Attending customer sites across the South of England to carry out planned servicing and reactive breakdown repairs on heavy plant and construction equipment
  • Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults efficiently, with a target response time of three hours to breakdowns
  • Completing accurate service reports and job records following every visit
  • Managing van stock and parts inventory to ensure first‑time fix rates are maximised
  • Representing the business professionally on customer sites at all times
