Job Role:
- As the Trade Counter Assistant you will be scheduling engineers diaries, as well as providing any administrative support.
- You will be dealing with customer enquiries either through the phone or by email.
- Promoting and upselling of products/parts to customers.
- Assisting with stock movement (can involve heavy lifting)
- Providing excellent customer service for all customers.
Previous Experience:
- You will have previous experience as a Trade Counter Assistant, service coordinator, service controller, service planner, or service administrator, workshop controller, or workshop scheduler.
- It would be ideal if you held a Full UK driving license.
- You will have previously worked within a busy, fast paced environment.
- It would be ideal if you had previous experience managing a team of engineers workloads, providing technical support to customers.
