Requirements

  • We require proficiency in Power BI, Fabric, Python, and Excel.
  • We need strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • We require a strong understanding of data architecture and database concepts.
  • We need good communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics, is desirable.
  • Experience with APIs for data extraction is desirable.
  • Knowledge of data modelling and DAX is desirable.
  • A degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in data analysis or a similar role is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • We will develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for Group CRM and telematics data.
  • We will analyse data trends and anomalies to provide actionable insights for customer satisfaction and operational performance.
  • We will produce clear reports for the relevant departments.
  • We will collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
  • We will integrate telematics data streams into analytics platforms.
  • We will extract and format data as needed to perform data analytics efficiently.
