FBC UK in Blackpool is seeking an Engineering Shift Lead to join our bakery. You will lead the Shift Engineering Team, drive daily preventative maintenance, resolve breakdowns, and ensure smooth handovers to the next shift.
The role involves coordinating with Production, attending short interval control meetings, and maintaining safety, equipment, and maintenance records. Shifts are 12-hour, days and nights on a rotating pattern.
