FBC UK, Dorset bakery, is seeking a Site Technical Manager to lead Food Safety & Quality across the site. You will own the FS&Q management system, drive audits, hygiene and pest control, and report to the Head of Industrial Quality as part of the Plant Leadership Team.
You will coach the FS&Q team, embed a strong food safety culture, ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP and customer requirements, and support product launches while protecting consumer safety and brand integrity.
