FBC UK in Cwmbran is seeking a SHE Manager to lead Health, Safety and Environmental compliance on site, working with the site Leadership Team to strengthen the SHE culture and drive continual improvement across all site operations.
You will conduct daily inspections, manage audits, maintain KPI databases, coordinate regulatory visits and implement action plans to reduce incidents while ensuring waste, emissions and safety standards are met.
