FBC UK is hiring a Quality Systems Manager for our Llantarnam bakery to drive the effectiveness, compliance and continuous improvement of the site’s Quality Management System (QMS). You will oversee documentation, records and ensure they are accurate and accessible to meet regulatory and customer requirements.
A key part of the role is leading audit readiness across the site, maintaining robust quality systems, processes and controls to support external audits and inspections while championing a culture of quality.
