- Coordinate with warehouses to ensure timely delivery of packaging and WIP materials.
- Oversee stock movement to the Distribution Centre (DC), ensuring prompt and accurate transfers.

- Collaborate with transport teams to optimize tub movements and ensure availability for freezing products.
- Drive productivity improvements within your team, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies and providing regular progress updates.
- Champion sustainable Continuous Improvement initiatives by engaging teams in workplace organization and applying LEAN principles.
- Implement and maintain 5S standards, continuously reviewing and enhancing existing improvements.
- Quality
- Ensure thorough preparation for internal audits and provide full support to the Technical team in achieving customer and external accreditation.
- Manage auditor interactions and site visits, taking ownership of all corrective actions.
- Foster a culture of quality awareness by promoting adherence to product standards and GMP. Utilize effective visual displays, accurate record-keeping, regular audits, and timely corrective measures to maintain compliance.
Who We Are Looking For
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management principles.
- Proven leadership and people management skills, with excellent communication and coaching abilities. Experienced in handling disciplinary matters, grievances, and well-versed in employment legislation (e.g., Working Time Directive).
- Health & Safety and Food Safety certified, with solid knowledge of HACCP and GMP standards.
- Highly computer literate, proficient in SAP, Excel, and recipe control systems such as Promtek (or equivalent).
