We are building an exciting new training concept in London — a space dedicated to intelligent, technical, high performance coaching delivered in a motivating small group environment. About the Role
We are looking for Strength & Conditioning Coaches with strong technical ability and a passion for delivering high quality group coaching. You’ll lead structured, progressive 12 week training cycles built around barbell work, cable systems, mobility, potentiation, accessories, and bodybuilding influenced strength development. Your coaching will be grounded in a strong understanding of anatomy & physiology, movement mechanics, and intelligent program design. You’ll help members build confidence under the bar, move better, and train with purpose. You’ll drive community, deliver exceptional member experience and play a huge role in our company vision. An engaging motivator with strong technical proficiency in Strength & Conditioning, you’ll be part of launching one of our newest, innovative classes in our brand new Paternoster club.
What You’ll Deliver
- High energy group S&C sessions with a strong technical focus
- Coaching across barbell lifts, cable systems, accessory work, and mobility
- Clear, personalised cueing and progression pathways
- Delivery of structured 12 week progressive training blocks
- Intelligent warmups including mobility and potentiation phases
- Support for members across strength, hypertrophy, and movement quality goals
- A premium coaching experience that blends performance and community
What We’re Looking For
- Strong technical coaching ability across barbell and cable based movements
- Experience delivering group S&C or small group PT
- Confident programming skills, ideally with experience writing progressive blocks
- Understanding of Anatomy & Physiology, biomechanics, and movement quality
- Ability to coach mixed ability groups while maintaining high standard
- A passion for helping people train with purpose, confidence, and consistency
As a coach at Third Space, you would be eligible for development and in-house career opportunities, ongoing CPD & education. We're looking for coaches specifically with weekend availability and are able to offer blocks of classes across the weekends.
