Paternoster Chop House & Tavern, formerly known as the First Dates restaurant, is now located just a stone's throw away from St Paul’s Cathedral. As well as dining in the restaurant there is also a striking outdoor terrace ideal for parties and events. The modern British menu is based on London’s famous Victorian Chop Houses and offers a seasonally changing menu of hearty portions and classic British dishes.
A bit about what you will be doing:
We're looking for an ambitious and results-driven General Manager to spearhead Paternoster Chop House & Tavern. This pivotal role requires a dynamic leader who can innovate and drive our business forward, ensuring exceptional service for our discerning guests. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking and a knack for optimizing profits through astute financial management. With a strong focus on quality, in our food, service, and overall guest experience - you'll be working collaboratively with the senior operations team to champion a culture of innovation and inclusivity whilst fostering a collaborative environment to achieve continuous success of the restaurant.
