Patek Philippe is the last family-owned independent Genevan Watch Manufacturer. We are currently recruiting to fill the following full-time vacancy in our flagship store in New Bond Street, London.

As a Reception Supervisor you will lead and manage the reception team and the flow of the customer experience; including the Salon ambience, presentation and the service of beverages. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience to ensure that all guests receive a professional, refined and elegant welcome to the establishment. This role requires an enthusiastic, motivated and service-driven professional, willing to create an outstanding experience for the customer, whilst ensuring that the Company’s standard of service is met and adhered to at all times.

Main Duties:

  • Manage the reception area and reception team
  • Customer Greeting and Concierge Service
  • Warmly welcome all customers upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
  • Maintain a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere in the showroom, upholding the company’s high standards of customer care.
  • Coordinating diary appointments using Microsoft Outlook
  • Working closely with the team to establish and resolve problems
  • Preparation and service of tea, coffee and cold refreshments
  • Assist the sales consultants during customer appointments
  • Ensure all requests are dealt with in a secure and timely fashion
  • Maintaining food and drink preparation areas
  • Maintaining sales and customer service client areas
  • Monitor and replenish stock
  • Undertake errands as required
  • Ensure the store is running efficiently and kept tidy at all times

What we are looking for:

  • Proven Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and schedule coordination
  • Experience with reception duties, including managing front desk operations efficiently
  • Experience in a similar customer service environment
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure including managing multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive approach and ability to work well on your own initiative as well as part of a team
  • An enthusiastic and positive personality
  • Immaculate personal appearance
  • Experience in the Luxury Retail Industry or Luxury Hospitality Industry is desirable but not essential
