Logistics Supply Chain /strong /p ul li Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments /li li Manage relationships with logistics providers and couriers /li li Oversee receiving, warehousing, and stock transfers /li li Ensure timely delivery of products to stores and customers /li /ul p strong 7. E-commerce Operations /strong /p ul li Manage the day-to-day operation of the UK online store /li li Ensure online orders are processed, packed, and dispatched on time /li li Monitor order accuracy and delivery performance /li li Coordinate returns and exchanges /li li Maintain accurate online inventory /li /ul p strong 8. Corporate Orders /strong /p ul li Manage the operational execution of corporate gifting orders /li li Coordinate quotations using HQ-approved pricing /li li Ensure timely production, packing, and delivery /li li Liaise with customers regarding operational requirements /li /ul p strong 9. Financial Administration /strong /p ul li Follow up customer payments and outstanding balances /li li Coordinate supplier invoices and payment documentation /li li Manage petty cash where applicable /li li Support monthly financial reconciliations /li /ul p strong 10. Reporting /strong /p p Prepare regular reports covering: /p ul li Sales performance, P L, Inventory, Stock availability, Online sales, Corporate orders, etc. /li /ul p br /p p strong Qualifications Requirements /strong /p ul li Minimum 5β7 years of experience in retail operations management, ideally within a multi-site retail environment /li li Proven track record of P L ownership and accountability for sales, margin, and cost performance /li li Experience managing both physical retail and e-commerce operations simultaneously /li li Background in FMCG, luxury retail, food beverage, or gifting/confectionery is highly preferred /li li Experience managing logistics, supply chain, and inventory across multiple locations /li li Prior experience leading and developing retail teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management /li /ul
