About PositionIn this role, you will be responsible for driving Patch\âs success in the enterprise segment. This person will play a key role in company growth, product, and strategy. This person will expand our customer base, build relationships, and lead the sales process from prospect through initial credit purchase into growth. You and your teammates are the founding team of Enterprise Account Executives. You will apply your creative problemâsolving instincts to meet market demands and negotiate deals to a successful conclusion to move Patch and its products forward in our mission to rebalance the planet.
What You\âll Do:
Manage the full-cycle sales process from prospecting and lead generation to deal closing.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Facilitate deep discovery with prospects to uncover needs, possibilities, and pain points.
Champion Patch\âs value proposition and pitch our solution to decision-makers at organizations with bold ambitions on climate.
Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders as a trusted advisor with climate knowledge. Identify opportunities for growth and new product development to inform the company\âs roadmap.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering on what your customers need.
Travel occasionally for events, client visits, and internal purposes.
Who You Are:
You have proven years of experience leading complex sales cycles with companies with 1,000+ FTE from start to finish. You have a track record of exceeding sales quota in highâgrowth environments.
You have a resultsâdriven approach to sales, with demonstrated excellent time management in juggling AE responsibilities: i.e. pipeline generation, relationship building, events, closing activity, Salesforce, and more.
You are excited to work crossâfunctionally at Patch (sales, marketing, product, engineering) to drive results for your clients and prospective clients.
You have experience successfully bringing a new product or solution to market and a proven ability to challenge the status quo. Experience or training in Challenger Sales is a plus.
You have a professional executive presence with decisionâmakers and can also collaborate with all personas in a decision committee.
You are passionate about our planet and working in a missionâdriven environment
You are willing and able to work out of London, UK and come to the office a few days a week
