Patch My PC is seeking an Account Manager to grow and support our channel partner ecosystem. This fully remote role reports to a UK-based leader and manages a high‑volume portfolio of channel partners, MSPs, and VARs, handling renewals, onboarding, and operational support.
You will coordinate with Strategic Partners to advance opportunities, ensure a seamless partner and end‑user experience, and maintain CRM hygiene with accurate device counts and renewal dates.
