A Day in the Life:
- Implementing whole‐school behaviour policies and procedures, providing direct support with managing challenging behaviour.
- Providing targeted interventions for pupils with behavioural difficulties, offering both one‐to‐one and small group support.
- Liaising with senior leaders, class teachers, and parents regarding pupil behaviour and progress.
- Promoting restorative approaches to conflict resolution while fostering pupils' personal and social growth.
- Supervising and supporting pupils who may be isolated from lessons, ensuring they safely complete the work provided by teaching staff.
- Maintaining highly accurate records and reports on behaviour incidents and interventions.

- Successful experience working with children in a school or similar setting.
- The ability to demonstrate a range of effective behaviour strategies and confidently support the inclusion of pupils with emotional, behavioural or SEMH needs in a mainstream setting.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build respectful, trusting relationships and interact positively with pupils, parents and colleagues.
- A strong working knowledge of child protection, safeguarding, and inclusion policies.
