Room Leader Vacancy – Maternity Cover. Contract: 1-year maternity cover (with possibility to extend). Hours: 36 hours per week, worked over 4 days.
We are looking for a warm, motivated, and experienced practitioner to join our friendly team in our “home away from home” nursery setting.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 childcare qualification (or higher), experience in leading or supporting a team within early years. You will have a passion for creating a safe, fun, and inspiring space for young children and have a strong knowledge of the EYFS 2025 framework and safeguarding reforms.
