The Role
Reporting to the Assistant Head of Sales and Lettings, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where delivering excellent customer service is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registering applicants.
- Answering enquiries by phone and email.
- Matching applicants with properties based on their requirements.
- Ensuring all GDPR processes are carried out correctly.
- Sending out property details to applicants.
- Contacting vendors and completing AML checks.
- Booking and conducting sales and lettings viewings.
- Providing correct notice to tenanted/occupied properties.
- Negotiating offers on properties for sale and let.
- Agreeing sales for properties, requesting proof of funds, supporting documents and solicitors’ details.
- Working to agreed targets and deadlines and reporting on daily results to the Assistant Head of Sales and Lettings.
- Keeping up to date with operational updates and other company communications.
- Being aware of legislative changes within the sales and lettings industry and within the company.
- Liaising directly with the Vendors and Landlords on a weekly basis.
- Exceeding customer service expectations.
- Completing tasks set as part of a negotiator’s daily role.
