Pasture Bristol is where it all began. The birthplace of Fire, Meat, Music and the beating heart of everything we stand for. With its character-rich setting, flagstone floors, sweeping staircase, and open kitchen filled with the sizzle of live-fire cooking, this is more than just a restaurant - it’s a celebration of craft, quality, and connection.

From day one, we've stayed true to our roots. We source only the very best suckled native beef from farms across the southwest, all grass-fed and raised with care. Our in-house butchers dry-age every cut for a minimum of 35 days and prepare each steak fresh for service. It’s a level of detail that shows in every dish and defines who we are.

Behind the food is a passionate, tight-knit team, warm, welcoming, and dedicated to delivering unforgettable dining experiences night after night.

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Bar Manager to join our leadership team at Pasture. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves hospitality, understands what great service looks like, and is ready to lead a talented bar team in a busy, high-energy restaurant.

At Pasture, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences built around fire-cooked food, quality drinks, and genuine service. As Bar Manager, you'll be central to maintaining that reputation, leading your team by example, building a strong culture, and ensuring every drink and interaction meets our high standards.

  • Handling daily admin tasks like rotas, training records, and team check-ins.

You

  • You’re confident behind the bar and comfortable leading from the front.

  • A natural communicator, you’re as comfortable coaching your team as you are chatting with guests.
  • Most of all, you take pride in creating a fun, respectful and high-performing team that works together to deliver exceptional hospitality, every shift.
