Pay: Hourly rate £12.71 + £4.90–£5.20 per hour in Tronc (on average). In addition to your standard hourly wage, you’ll receive a share of Tronc, of which 100% is distributed to the team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Ideally have experience in a busy, fast‑paced restaurant, with strong communication and service skills, and a real team‑first mentality.

  • Cocktail or wine knowledge is a plus; if not, we’ll teach you.
  • Attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering consistently excellent guest experiences are what matter most.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating memorable, personal experiences for every guest who walks through the door.
  • Delivering confident, efficient service during high‑volume shifts.
  • Supporting your teammates across the floor, bar, and pass to keep service running smoothly.
  • Talking confidently about food and drinks, and offering thoughtful recommendations.
  • Maintaining an eye for detail, whether it’s table settings, pacing of service, or reading a guest’s mood.
  • Staying curious and engaged, learning about new menu items, wines, and cocktails.
  • Representing the Parallel vibe: warm, sharp, and effortlessly attentive.
