Pasture is a steak house & late night bar brought to you by Chef Owner Sam Elliott. Pasture restaurant is a celebration of fire‑based cooking and incredible local ingredients. The in‑house butchers hand‑pick and prepare the very best meat from farms in the south west and our chefs use it to cook beautiful, modern dishes. In a nutshell, Pasture is about fine dining for everyone, with slick, engaging service, top‑quality food and a team whose knowledge is as strong as its passion.
Prime by Pasture, nestled in the heart of Redcliffe, surrounded by buzzing offices, city apartments, and student life, is all about big flavours, top‑quality ingredients and a no‑compromise approach to sustainability. We’re redefining burgers—everything is made in‑house, from scratch, the way it should be. Mornings kick off with rich, expertly brewed coffee, stacked breakfasts, and fresh smoothies. By afternoon, it’s all about burgers, whether you like them big and juicy or double smashed. Alongside the burgers are our signature sticky wings and indulgent, thick shakes. As evening rolls in, the vibe turns up, the bar gets lively and the menu is built for hands‑on eating (napkins recommended). We’re here for early risers, brunch lovers, lunch rushers and anyone craving a seriously good feed. Pay: Hourly rate £12.71 + £3.5–£3.90 per hour in Tronc (on average). In addition to your standard hourly wage, you’ll receive a share of Tronc, of which 100% is distributed to the team.
