The in‑house butchers handpick and prepare the very best meat from farms in the south west and our chefs use it to cook beautiful, modern dishes. In a nutshell Pasture is about fine dining for everyone, with slick, engaging service, top‑quality food and a team whose knowledge is as strong as it’s passion.
Prime by Pasture, nestled in the heart of Redcliffe, surrounded by buzzing offices, city apartments, and student life, is all about big flavours, top‑quality ingredients, and a no‑compromise approach to sustainability. We’re redefining burgers—everything is made in‑house, from scratch, the way it should be. Mornings kick off with rich, expertly brewed coffee, stacked breakfasts, and fresh smoothies. By afternoon, it’s all about burgers, whether you like them big and juicy or double smashed. Alongside the burgers are our signature sticky wings and indulgent, thick shakes. Front of House Supervisors Wanted! Pay: Hourly rate £13.30 + £3.78–£3.90 per hour in Tronc (on average). In addition to your standard hourly wage, you’ll receive a share of Tronc, of which 100% is distributed to the team.

You know how to read a room, manage the flow of service, and keep standards high without losing the energy and fun that makes Prime what it is. Experience in hospitality is important for this role, but attitude, leadership, and a passion for people matter just as much.
