What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting bartenders with prep work: slicing garnishes, preparing mixers, and stocking the bar.
- Keeping glassware clean and ready with efficient glass washing.
- Restocking fridges, spirits, and supplies throughout service.
- Assisting with bar close‑downs and ensuring everything is spotless and ready for the next day.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well‑stocked bar environment.
