Join the Team at Pasture Birmingham. At the heart of the city on 15 Colmore Row, Pasture Birmingham is where fire, meat, and music come together in bold celebration. It’s more than just a steakhouse — it’s a lively, open kitchen experience where craft meets community, and every service feels like a special occasion. As the latest addition to the Pasture family, Birmingham carries forward the legacy of our Cardiff and Bristol restaurants — with in‑house butchery, grass‑fed beef from trusted local farms, and a deep commitment to quality, sustainability, and flavour. Our open‑fire cooking and vibrant soundtrack create a dining atmosphere that’s as dynamic as it is welcoming.
