Level 2 Teaching Assistant
Hours of work: 8.30am - 3.15pm, Monday to Friday
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to the learning and progress of our pupils. You will work closely with class teachers to provide high-quality one-to-one and small group support, helping children to access learning, build confidence, and achieve their potential. You will support the adaptation of teaching resources, contribute creative ideas to learning activities, and use a fun, flexible, and responsive approach to meet pupils’ individual needs.
Our Teaching Assistants are highly valued members of the team and work closely with the SENDCo and SEND team to ensure that all children receive the best possible educational opportunities. You will be confident working under the direction of the class teacher, while also showing initiative, anticipating pupils’ needs, and responding proactively in the classroom.
