We are seeking an Academic Mentor to join our team - someone who is passionate about supporting children to succeed and ready to make a real difference.
This is a high-impact role, working closely with teachers and leaders to deliver targeted support, close gaps in learning and help pupils build confidence and achieve their full potential.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver high-quality 1:1 and small group support in English and mathematics
- Work with teachers to identify and address gaps in learning
- Track progress and demonstrate impact
- Provide class cover where required, ensuring pupils continue to receive high-quality learning.
- Contribute to wider school improvement priorities
