Job Title: Med Student Market Activator (Part-Time)

Location: North, South, West England or Scotland (regular travel required)

Contract: Part-time, flexible hours

Pay: Hourly rate + performance-based bonus

Reports to: Head of Marketing and Marketing Coordinator

Expected hours: Approximately 5–10 hours per week (varies depending on event schedule and activity).

About the Role

As a Med Student Market Activator, you’ll be the face of Pastest in your region, North, South, or West England, or Scotland. You’ll connect with medical societies, represent us at events, and organise interactive sessions that showcase how Pastest supports students in achieving their goals.

This is a flexible part-time role that fits around your studies or other work commitments, but we’re looking for individuals who can approach it professionally. Regular travel to events across your region will be expected, and you’ll gain valuable experience in marketing, communications, and event delivery. Outstanding performance could lead to a full-time opportunity with Pastest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with medical student societies and key contacts at UK medical schools.
  • Plan and deliver engaging events and workshops that introduce Pastest to students.
  • Promote Pastest through social media, student networks, and on-campus channels.
  • Represent Pastest professionally at fairs, conferences, and society events.
  • Track engagement and sign-ups, with bonuses based on results achieved.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, sharing student feedback and ideas with the Pastest team.

About You

  • A current student or recent graduate with strong university and society connections or a willingness to make them.
  • Enthusiastic, outgoing, and confident communicating with peers and partners.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to plan and manage events independently.
  • Savvy with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and student communication channels.
  • Results-driven and motivated to achieve measurable impact.
  • Able to travel regularly within your region (North, South, West, or Scotland).
  • Experience in running student societies, events, or campaigns (preferred).
