We are currently recruiting a Front of House Supervisor for our restaurant in Ealing Broadway. We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional who can confidently oversee the front‑of‑house floor, deliver outstanding customer service, and lead our FOH team by example. Previous experience in a similar supervisory position is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the smooth running of the front of house floor.
- Ensure exceptional guest experience at all times.
- Lead, motivate, and support the FOH team.
- Manage daily service standards and operational procedures.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Support rota planning and shift organisation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Supervisor (or similar leadership role) in hospitality.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service focus.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a busy restaurant environment.
- Good organisational and problem‑solving skills.
