We operate a network of restaurants, a high‑end Harrods Pasta Bar, a store at Manchester Airport, and a state‑of‑the‑art pastificio in Acton. With over 40 kitchens across the UK, we’re rapidly expanding our fresh pasta takeaway concept on platforms such as Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat.

Opening Hours: 10:00 am – 2:00 am, Monday to Sunday.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and plate fresh pasta dishes to high standards that delight guests.
  • Prepare dine‑in and delivery orders swiftly and accurately.
  • Follow treasured recipes and techniques to ensure consistency.
  • Help prepare and portion ingredients, sauces and pasta according to guidelines.
  • Maintain health and safety standards, keeping the workplace clean and compliant.
  • Stock and organise storage areas and fridges for efficient kitchen operation.
  • Wash pots, pans, utensils and other kitchen equipment efficiently.
  • Track ingredient supplies and flag shortages to the shift manager.
  • Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and tools; report issues to the manager.
  • Adhere to food and health‑safety guidelines for customers and colleagues.
  • Work quickly and efficiently to support service during busy periods.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Support colleagues during peak times and take on additional tasks as needed.

Who Are You:

  • Prior experience as a kitchen porter, back‑of‑house team member, or similar is a plus; a passion for Italian cuisine is what truly matters.
