We are looking for an energetic Restaurant Team Leader to lead operations and create exceptional dining experiences at our fresh pasta restaurant.

Opening Hours: 10:00 am to 2:00 am, Monday to Sunday.

Responsibilities:

  • To be in charge of the restaurant floor and kitchen, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
  • Uphold cleanliness, food safety, and operational procedures in both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house areas.
  • Oversee the kitchen and dining area, ensuring every dish that leaves the kitchen is a masterpiece.
  • Assist in preparing amazing dishes for customers.
  • Be the go‑to person for front‑ and back‑of‑house staff.
  • Proactively address challenges and make quick, effective decisions to ensure seamless service.
  • Engage warmly with guests, helping them explore the menu, offering personalized recommendations, and answering any questions with passion.
  • Prepare pasta dishes that look as good as they taste.
  • Train new team members and keep the current crew sharp through ongoing training sessions.
  • Manage the shifts and time‑off requests to keep the restaurant fully staffed.
  • Handle cash and reconcile transactions with precision and honesty.
  • Help with budget planning and find smart ways to control costs.
  • Conduct regular Food and Health & Safety checks and act promptly if needed.
  • Keep the atmosphere positive, even during busy shifts.

Qualifications:

  • Solid experience as a Team Leader or similar role in hospitality, with knowledge of running a bustling restaurant.
  • Natural leader who loves motivating and guiding a team, with contagious positive energy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect with staff and customers alike.
  • Composed in stressful situations, keeping calm and collected no matter what.
  • Passion for great food and hospitality, eager to share that passion with others.
  • Attention to detail, taking pride in delivering perfection in every task.
  • Collaborative nature, supporting and motivating the team to achieve common goals.
  • Eagerness to grow with the business, ready to take on future opportunities.
