Pasta Evangelists is looking for an utterly fabulous individual to manage our new London Based fresh pasta restaurant. We won’t just be cooking and serving our customers the freshest pasta in town, but opening doors to one of the coolest locations in town. Picture this: your own chefs making fresh pasta visible in the window, a hip Italian funk soundtrack, the aroma of ragù, fresh pasta making classes in‑house, drivers buzzing about on our beautiful terracotta Vespas, and a complimentary wine machine for guests.

What you’ll do at Pasta Evangelists

• Lead the launch of our new London Based restaurant and deliver an amazing customer experience from day one.
• Be the smiling face of our restaurant, known in the local area for providing effortless service and the finest fresh pasta.
• Create, lead, and inspire a passionate team united by a love of artisan pasta and committed to an unforgettable experience.
• Work with marketing to plan limited‑edition events such as Italian lessons, wine evenings, pasta‑making classes for kids, and more.
• Build a work environment where team members thrive, grow, and feel valued.
• Guard kitchen quality and safety, ensuring full compliance with our high standards.
• Immersive in reporting and regulations, guiding us toward success with unwavering adherence to Food Health & Safety standards.
• Craft plans to meet business KPIs, achieve commercial objectives, and manage COGS smartly.
• Delight customers and drive sales through continuous improvement and innovation.

Who you are

• Fluently inspire and engage people at all levels.
