We are looking for a passionate assistant restaurant manager to help create exceptional dining experiences at Pasta Evangelists.
Opening Hours: 10:00am to 2:00am, Monday to Sunday.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the restaurant floor and kitchen, ensuring smooth operation.
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational procedures front‑ and back‑of‑house.
- Oversee kitchen and dining areas, preparing pasta dishes and supporting the team.
- Act as the go‑to person for front‑ and back‑of‑house staff.
- Proactively address challenges and make swift decisions for seamless service.
- Engage warmly with guests, offer personalised recommendations, and answer questions with passion.
- Train new team members and keep current staff sharp with ongoing training.
- Manage shifts, time‑off requests, and staffing levels.
- Handle cash and reconcile transactions accurately and honestly.
- Assist with budget planning and cost control.
- Conduct regular food and health & safety checks, responding promptly to issues.
- Maintain a positive vibe, even during busy shifts.
