Location: London Based
Oversee the daily operations of multiple Pasta Evangelists Kitchens in a preallocated area. You will ensure that each kitchen operates smoothly within strict food safety guidelines, while coaching and supporting, motivating and engaging all employees, and maintaining high food quality across the preallocated cloud kitchens. This is a hands-on role, and you will be expected to work peak shifts within the business, including evenings and weekends.
What you’ll do at Pasta Evangelists
- Oversee daily operations across multiple kitchens, ensuring compliance with company standards, health & safety regulations, and food hygiene protocols.
- Manage weekly personal visits to the sites in your designated area, aiming to have 2-6 sites under management.
- Keep daily contact with all sites, and conduct one-on-one meetings with team leaders and weekly reviews of previous week results.
- Work on a Hire & retain plan for all sites.
- Actively help or consistently recruit and conduct on-the-job training.
- Track and analyse performance metrics (e.g., KPIs, service times, customer feedback) to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Collaborate with Area Manager and the People Team to ensure compliance with legislative requirements associated with recruitment and working practices of employees.
- Conduct and complete robust Performance Appraisals in line with company guidelines and timescales.
- Proactively develop Team leaders through continuous coaching and support.
- Assist the Area Manager with proactive management of all in-Kitchen Employee Relations issues.
- Track Team absence, taking action in line with Pasta Evangelists absence management policy where appropriate.
- Manage team holidays in line with the needs of your business.
- Ensure all statutory and company Health, Safety, and Food Hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to at all times.
- Maintain consistent food quality across all sites, ensuring every dish meets high standards in taste, presentation, and portioning.
- Adopt a strong recognition culture that highlights high performing individuals.
- Recognise and celebrate exceptional sales achievements with the team.
- Set and communicate daily/weekly Sales Goals to the team, striving to consistently exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to maximise the profitability of the Kitchen by understanding and controlling all Kitchen costs.
- Assist with the opening of new kitchens, ensuring smooth launches and consistent training for new teams.
- Act as Deputy for the Area Manager when required.

- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in multi-site operations or the food service industry.
- An inspirational leader, displaying excellent management skills along with identifying and nurturing talent.
- Flexible, with a willingness to travel between sites – this may include overnight stays.
- Essential to work shifts including weeknights and weekends.
- Regular travel to our head office in London is required.
- A UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
- Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Great analytical thinker, working to fulfil KPI’s, with the proven ability to drive sales.
