Pasta Evangelists is seeking a People Operations Manager to support our scale-up growth across UK operations including cloud kitchens, Harrods pasta counter, and Pastificio.

You will lead employee relations, payroll administration, policy updates and onboarding, championing a positive culture and compliant practices.

With 4+ years in hospitality HR and CIPD Level 5, you will coach managers, streamline HR processes, and ensure data protection while maintaining accurate HR records in HARRI.
