The predicted salary is between 12 - 16 £ per hour.
Keeping our warehouse, located in North Acton, organised and stocked, and working to ensure that our fresh pasta reaches our customers (including our cloud kitchens) in the best possible conditions.
What you'll do at Pasta Evangelists:
- Wear your correct PPE before entering the warehouse area.
- Ensuring you record the good ins when you receive goods.
- Checking batch code, use by and quality of receiving products from supplier.
- Storing and rotating stock according to established procedures.
- Picking components for our Cloud Kitchens and Restaurants and recording goods out and following up with schedule.
- Working in a high phase food production operation.
- Stock count. End of day inventory, reporting any damage or missing goods to the supervisor.
- Moving products around the warehouse using pump trucks.
- Loading and unloading goods from the lorries.
- Follow the Health & Safety and Food Safety Procedures at all times.
Who you are:
- You can work concentrating, paying attention to detail to notice errors when you receive goods or pick them for a delivery.
- You love working in a team and always try to maintain good relationships with other colleagues.
- You are able to lift and move heavy boxes and feel comfortable bending and twisting, kneeling and crouching.
- You have a forklift licence (preferable).
- You know the essentials of safety and quality standards and procedures.
- You can work with minimal supervision and manage your own workload.
- You don’t turn a blind eye to issues, but instead you jump on them and have a strong desire to solve them.
