Description

In 2024 we’re transforming Pasta Evangelists into a truly data-driven organisation.

In a fast-paced industry, a ‘Best In Class‘ BI team will be crucial if we are to grow as quickly in the next 3 years, as we have in the previous 3.

Having invested heavily in consolidating data across all aspects of our business and rebuilt our Power BI reporting suite for all verticals(Takeaway, E-Commerce, and e-retail), we now have a strong foundation to surface the insights to drive growth.

What you’ll do at Pasta Evangelists:

  • Integrate with our new ERP system and build the data pipelines needed to automate P&L reporting.
  • Own and optimise our Takeaway PPC and Marketing Offer strategy to grow order volume.
  • Enhance our modelling to identify the optimal locations for additional restaurants across the UK.
  • Evolve the models to improve the accuracy of order forecasting across the business.
  • Support Finance and Commercial with pricing and basket value optimization.
  • Grow our data-driven culture and coach stakeholders on how to surface the insights they need to drive day-to-day operations.
  • Analyse customer feedback on our products and recommend changes to our Food NPD team.
  • Continue to develop clear, concise, and insightful reporting and data models that will allow our stakeholders to self-serve.
  • For a candidate to succeed in this role, they must be able to produce insights, in addition to building the dashboards.
  • Support the design and development of new data warehousing.
  • Collaborate with co-workers and management to implement operational improvements.

Who you are:

  • Computer Science, Finance, Business graduate or similar.
  • Highly competent with Power BI and DAX
  • Strong SQL and Excel
  • Clear communication and attention to detail is crucial
  • Ability to multi-task and to coordinate a series of different jobs concurrently
  • Can articulate insights from a complex solution, simply and coherently.
  • You love working in a start-up team!
