Passmores Academy are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and reliable Caretaker to join our friendly Site Team. The successful candidate will be required to support with the general day to day maintenance of the premises which includes but is not limited to:

  • Daily, weekly and monthly maintenance checks
  • Site security
  • General plumbing
  • Grounds maintenance

whilst maintaining and providing a safe clean environment for students, staff and the community. We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates who have some experience working within a trade (painting, decorating, plumbing etc) however this is not essential. Applicants will also need to have a good rapport with children and young people aged 4 - 16 years. Patience and a sense of humour are essential.

15 hours per week / 52.14 weeks per year Saturday and Sunday (8am - 4pm)

10 days Annual leave per annum (plus bank holidays)

Salary: Scale 5 Point 9 - £11,344.46 pro rata per annum
