Passmores Academy are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Caretaker to join our Site Team. The successful candidate will support the general day-to-day maintenance of the premises, including daily, weekly and monthly checks, site security, general plumbing and grounds maintenance, providing a safe, clean environment for students, staff and the community.
Work schedule: 15 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year (Saturday and Sunday, 8am–4pm)
Annual leave: 10 days per annum (plus bank holidays)
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in a trade such as painting, decorating, plumbing is desirable but not essential.
- Good rapport with children and young people aged 4–16 years.
- Patience and a sense of humour.
