Overview

Do you enjoy supporting adults with challenging behaviours and complex mental health needs? Do you have excellent communication skills that would enable you to work within a challenging all-female environment that constantly strives to provide the best possible experience for those we care for? If so, this could be the role for you.

You will be working in a domestic property within the community, helping to support female adults with complex mental health needs live the best lives they can. You will be able to work individually and as part of a team to help our clients to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.

The successful applicant will demonstrate care, compassion and an understanding of the needs of people who suffer with mental illness. It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. This career path is hugely rewarding to see people improve; being able to do something today that they could not do last week because of you.

  • Demonstrate care, compassion and an understanding of needs of people with mental illness; maintain a positive attitude, resilience and vigilance
