Do you enjoy supporting adults with challenging behaviours and complex mental health needs? You will be working in domestic properties within the community, helping to support adults with complex mental health needs live the best lives they can. You will be able to work individually and as part of a team to help our clients to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.

The successful applicant will demonstrate care, compassion and an understanding of the needs of people who suffer with mental illness. It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. This career path is hugely rewarding to see people improve; being able to do something today that they could not do last week because of you.

Responsibilities
  • Support adults with complex mental health needs in domestic community properties.
  • Assist clients to achieve their goals and live independently.
  • Work individually or as part of a team.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience of working with challenging behaviours and complex mental health needs is desirable
  • Applicants must be 18 years old or over
