We’re looking for a curious, creative Product Data Analyst to join Passle at our Oxford HQ. This is a new role and an exciting opportunity for a graduate to work at the heart of a fast growing, AI-led tech company, using data to shape product decisions and influence senior stakeholders.

You’ll work very closely with our internal teams, including Product, Development and Client Success, helping turn data into clear insights that improve our product and the experience of our customers. The role reports directly to one of our Co-Founders, giving you exposure to senior decision-making from day one on the job. This is an office-based role at our Oxford office and is ideal for someone who enjoys collaboration, problem-solving, and seeing the real-world impact of their work.

Passle is a rapidly growing Enterprise SaaS company, offering an AI-powered cross-selling & thought leadership Platform for law & Professional Services firms. We have offices in both the UK (Oxford) and US (Washington DC). We have around 90 clients including many of the world’s largest law and professional services firms including Reed Smith, Deloitte, Linklaters and AlixPartners.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will play a key role in understanding how our product is used and how it can be improved through data.
  • Working with our internal teams, you will be responsible for analysing user behaviour, product performance and customer outcomes, turning complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
  • A core part of the role is translating data into compelling stories — producing engaging reports and recommendations that help senior stakeholders make informed decisions.
  • You won’t just report on what’s happening in the product; you’ll actively help shape what we build next by identifying opportunities, suggesting data-driven product tweaks and measuring the impact of changes once they’re live.
  • Analyse product and customer data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create clear, engaging reports and dashboards that communicate insights to senior stakeholders, including the leadership team.
  • Create & load clean data sets into the system - often with AI tools to help refine the data.
  • Proactively suggest product tweaks and enhancements, backed by data, to improve performance, usability and customer outcomes.
  • Work exceptionally closely with internal teams including Product, Development and Client Success to understand requirements and support decision-making.
  • Help define and track key product metrics and success measures.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and projects as the business grows and evolves.

What we’re looking for:

  • A recent graduate (or equivalent early-career experience) in a relevant subject such as data, AI, analytics, mathematics, economics, engineering, science or similar.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights.
  • Excellent presentation skills, coupled with the confidence to present your findings clearly and articulately, both in writing and verbally, to non-technical and senior audiences.
  • Any exposure to product analytics, SaaS products or customer data.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or BI tools.
  • An interest in product development and a desire to improve products using data.
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards or presentations for stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with multiple teams.
  • A proactive mindset — someone who spots opportunities and isn’t afraid to suggest improvements.
  • Oxford-based. Able to work from our Oxford HQ full time.
