Location – United Kingdom

Duration – 12 months

Internship Hours – Approx 5 hours per week

We are looking for a bright, curious, and ambitious individual to join our 12‑month Marketing Training Program. This paid internship will develop new marketing and advertising skills and provide first‑hand experience in a live business environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Editing and publishing the CMO Series Podcast
  • Designing, customizing and publishing podcast assets for social media, Podbean and our website
  • Supporting key communications campaigns such as research, client launches and press releases
  • Using data and analytics to understand and improve marketing impact

What skills do you need?

  • A strong interest in the marketing profession
  • Studying for a degree related to Marketing, Advertising, or Business
  • Creativity and basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop)
  • Hunger to learn and willingness to work hard
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to commit to 5 hours per week

Role logistics:

This role will predominantly involve remote working, but the successful candidate should be able to travel to our Oxford office from time to time to meet the team and attend select UK events.
