You’ll spend a lot of time analysing campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and understanding what is driving results. You’ll also work closely with our creative team, helping shape advertising assets by contributing ideas on messaging, creative direction and testing. Our clients span lead generation, healthcare, professional services, e‑commerce and consumer brands, giving you the opportunity to work across a wide variety of industries and challenges.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building, launching and managing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Monitoring daily and weekly campaign performance, identifying opportunities and resolving issues quickly.
- Managing budgets across multiple client accounts and monitoring campaign pacing.
- Writing ad copy and collaborating with our creative team on concepts, messaging and testing.
- Carrying out keyword research, search term analysis and negative keyword management.
- Supporting conversion tracking checks and ensuring campaign data is accurate.
- Producing monthly performance reports and providing meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Assisting with campaign testing, audience development and performance optimisation.
- Keeping up to date with platform updates, new features and industry developments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Hands‑on experience managing live paid media campaigns, either within an agency or in‑house.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting and creative testing.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, particularly Search campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience managing budgets and monitoring campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A genuine passion for performance marketing and continuous learning.
- An interest in both the creative and analytical sides of advertising.
- Experience with Performance Max, Demand Gen or Shopping campaigns.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager or Looker Studio.
- Google or Meta certifications.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
We don’t expect you to tick every box. If you’ve built a solid foundation in paid media and have the right attitude, we’ll help you develop the rest.
What We Offer:
- Salary of £25,000 to £28,000, depending on experience.
- One‑to‑one mentoring from experienced performance marketers.
- Real ownership of client accounts from an early stage.
