You’ll come in, assess what’s working and what isn’t and bring the strategic structure that turns good creative into great social performance. You’ll work alongside a creative team that already produces strong content, your job is to make sure the world actually sees it, engages with it, and comes back for more.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building and owning platform strategies for Passion and client accounts across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, strategies built around real audience behaviour, not just posting schedules.
- Fully utilising every platform feature available: Stories, broadcast channels, Reels, Lives, carousels, making sure we’re using the tools that actually build presence and community.
- Developing and maintaining a rolling content calendar that captures cultural moments, campaign activations, and always-on content, planned months ahead, never reactive.
- Working alongside the creative team from the brief stage so that social distribution is designed in from day one.
- Leading the social conversation with clients, presenting strategies, reviewing performance, and positioning social as a genuine business driver.
- Reporting on performance in a way that tells a story, what’s working, what’s not, and what we’re doing about it.
- Supporting the growth and day-to-day direction of the social team.
Who we’re looking for:
- You might be a Social Media Manager who’s outgrown their current role and wants somewhere that will actually let them build something. Or a strategist who wants to be closer to the creative work. Either way, you’re someone who:
- Has solid experience in social media, ideally in an agency or multi-brand environment.
- Knows Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube inside out - the algorithms, the formats, the culture of each.
- Thinks in strategy first, execution second, you know why before you think about what.
- Can talk in a client meeting and still get excited about a well-timed post.
- Connects content to commercial outcomes that means you understand that great social serves a business goal.
- Has strong written communication and is comfortable presenting ideas with confidence.
