You know that moment when a product just clicks? When every screen, flow, and interaction feels intentional, effortless, and somehow inevitable? That’s your playground. This isn’t about static screens or just making things look good. This is about designing living, breathing product experiences - where every decision is deliberate, every flow is purposeful, and the product guides the user without explanation.
At Passion.io, we help creators turn their ideas into apps that people love. Seamless, smart, and intuitive. Our platform brings together creators, their communities, and the tools they need to reach the right audience, deliver engaging experiences, and drive real results - all without writing a single line of code.
Your mission? Design product experiences that feel intuitive, human, and alive, shaping flows that reduce friction, build confidence, and quietly guide users toward meaningful outcomes across our platform.
Your role: You’ll be the designer who turns complex workflows into smooth, confidence-building journeys, clarifies state, hierarchy, and progression through thoughtful interaction design and flow logic, and thinks in systems, not just screens. You’ll partner deeply with Product and Engineering to ship meaningful, outcome-driven work. This role blends strong product judgment, interaction design, and systems thinking - all inside a fast-moving, creator-first SaaS environment.
Your Day-to-Day (aka what you’ll actually be doing)
- Own end-to-end design for major product initiatives - from discovery to launch, iterating based on real user impact.
- Turn complex workflows into effortless experiences, driving activation, engagement, and retention for our creators.
- Partner closely with Product, Growth, and Engineering to solve the right problems before designing solutions.
- Evolve our design system, ensuring every screen, flow, and interaction scales beautifully across the platform.
- Prototype and experiment rapidly, moving from concept sketches to polished, high-fidelity experiences.
- Leverage research, analytics, and feedback to inform design choices that move metrics and delight users.
- Champion clarity, craft, and empathy in every product decision.
- Balance speed, quality, and impact while navigating a fast-moving, creator-first environment.
This isn’t just design - it’s design that drives growth, shapes habits, and empowers creators to thrive.
The Essentials You Already Rock
- 5+ years experience as a Product Designer on digital products.
- Strong UX fundamentals across flows, IA, interaction design, and usability.
- Experience partnering closely with Engineers to ship high-quality implementations.
- Comfortable shipping, learning, iterating, and improving post-launch.
- A solid portfolio showcasing real product work and strong interaction thinking.
- Experience with Framer, Principle, ProtoPie, After Effects, Lottie, or similar.
- Designed for creator tools, SaaS platforms, or complex workflows.
- Familiarity with mobile-first or responsive product design.
- Experience contributing to or evolving design systems.
- Strong product instincts - you think in outcomes, not outputs.
- Startup or scale-up experience where ambiguity is part of the job.
Added Bonus if you:
- Experience designing motion within product interfaces (not just marketing).
- Ability to articulate why motion exists, not just how it looks.
- You’re intentional - every interaction has a purpose.
- You sweat the details without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- You’re collaborative, curious, and open to feedback.
- You push for quality but know when “done & shipped” beats perfect.
- You care deeply about how users feel when using a product.
- You believe motion should reduce cognitive load, not add to it.
