About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Paid Media Director to drive integrated strategy, client growth, and team performance. You’ll oversee key client relationships, lead campaign excellence across paid channels, and contribute to new business and agency development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver integrated paid media strategies across channels.
- Oversee campaign planning, execution, and reporting to ensure innovation and best practice.
- Build strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Strategy & Performance teams to deliver cross-channel solutions.
- New Business: Lead paid media RFIs, RFPs, and pitches independently. Drive new client acquisition and onboarding. Support inbound and partner‑led new business efforts.
- Team & Agency Development: Manage team performance, development, and delivery standards. Contribute to team P&L and growth initiatives. Support product innovation, process improvements, and agency visibility through awards and events.
Requirements
- 5+ years in paid media, with strong leadership and client management experience.
- Proven success across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, and Pinterest.
- Skilled in strategy, analytics, and financial planning (Excel proficiency essential).
- Excellent communicator — confident, proactive, and highly organized.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes ownership from strategy to execution.
