Responsibilities
- Manage the project portfolio, shape the roadmap with founders, and ship production code, often all in the same day.
- Scope features, define requirements, deliver end-to-end, run QA, and iterate based on real customer feedback.
- Unblock engineers technically and set direction across the team without stepping away from the codebase.
- Talk directly to customers and partners to understand problems before writing a line of code.
- Contribute to roadmap decisions alongside the founders deciding what to build and why.
- Work across the full stack, from database design and backend services to frontend UX and infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Founder DNA: started a company, been an early employee at a high-growth startup, or worn multiple hats in a single role across engineering, product, and customer work.
- Owned products end-to-end: scoping, definition, delivery, QA, and iteration based on real usage.
- Think in customer problems before features.
- Full‑stack engineer with 7–10 years of experience, actively coding in TypeScript and Node.js.
- Recent production‑level code experience is required.
- Worked directly with customers alongside technical work and can manage stakeholders across engineering, business, and external partners.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and moves fast.
- First to roll up sleeves, not the last to ship.
- Consulting background, open‑source contributions, writing, or talks are a genuine plus.
- Not fixed with any specific technologies.
- Problem solvers first and aspiring to build lovable and exciting products, regardless of underlying technology.
Tech Stack
- Frontend: Next.js, React, Tailwind
- Infrastructure: GitHub, AWS, Temporal, Inngest

Practise on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank to get comfortable with the types of questions that often come up.
✨Know Your Tools and Frameworks
Make sure we’re well-acquainted with the tools and technologies listed in the job description. Familiarise ourselves with any specific frameworks or programming languages mentioned.
