OLIX is seeking a Senior/Staff Packaging Engineer to define and deliver packaging solutions enabling ASIC-to-system integration.
You will own front-end package design, ASIC‑to‑substrate integration, and advanced 2.5D/3D packaging across die, substrate, and board interfaces.
